Why are the Key areas important?

Your job includes a few areas in which you need to be successful to achieve results. They are your Key Areas and they help you create overview and control. These are the areas to focus on in order to do your job well. They also provide members the opportunity to recognize each others performance on those areas by sharing performance strokes.

Consider no more than 9 key areas for yourself – in addition to one already generated and called IDEAS.

What are achievements in JellyTeam?

Achievements section is an additional area where you can give or receive recognitions. Once you or somebody else achieves a goal, you can recognize this achievement by giving an achievement stroke.

Note that achievements can be recognized only after a member has marked that goal as accomplished in their profile.

Vouchers

Vouchers is a mean of letting people know their “stroke balance”. It shows number of positive attentions they were given and why they were given.

You and the team manager are required to confirm an open voucher so that you may claim any awards later.

Vouchers are a weekly report on strokes received by other members.

What reports are available?
